    Strengthen, Tone, Stretch and CARDIO  all in one crazy, fun filled 75 minutes.  Work off that winter weight with great music and friends for only $15 a class..every Thursday at  7pm Get Directions.
  •            Outdoor Cycling and Running

    Training for a marathon or a bike race?  Need some technique tips?  Need some company?

    Our trainer is an avid cyclist and spinning instructor, has run in several marathons and is ready to tackle your challenges.  Call for further information and pricing.

  •                      Low Impact Classes

    A great way to get in shape while keeping all your joints well oiled. Focus on abs/core strength.  Perfect for tightening the post pregnancy tummy.

Fitness Level Assessment

Before you begin an exercise regimen you should always check with your doctor. 

When you come to Happy Hour Fitness we will review your health conditions/injuries affecting your exercise routine.  We begin by checking your blood pressure and if you wish, measuring your body fat.  A series of simple exercises will assess your core strength, balance and flexibility.
